The regular classes will be closed for Christmas Vacation on Dec 23rd - Friday - 2011 and class reopens on Jan 2nd, 2012 - Monday. Christmas celebration will be held at school on 23rd.

ലോക എയിഡ്സ് ദിനാചരണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കടമക്കുടി ഗവ: ഹയര്‍ സെക്കന്ററി സ്കൂളില്‍ എയിഡ്സ് ബോധവല്‍ക്കരണ സെമിനാറും ചിത്ര പ്രദര്‍ശനവും നടത്തി.പി ടി എ പ്രസിഡണ്ട്‌ ബാബു കടമക്കുടി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.

വാര്‍ഡ് അംഗം ഗീത മുരളി അധ്യക്ഷയായിരുന്നു. പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പാള്‍ ജേക്കബ്‌ ബിജു ടി എ, അബീസ പി എ, മനോജ്‌ എം പ്രഭു, പ്രീതി ട്രീസ പോള്‍, രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്‍ ഉണ്ണിത്താന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി. റിന്‍സ് റാഫേല്‍, സ്റെല്ല പി ജെ, ഷിജി എ ജി, സാന്റി ഹെന്സന്‍, സരിത പി സ്‌, നിജ എം, പ്രിയ സ്‌ എന്നിവര്‍ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു.

അമ്മതന്‍ ഭക്ഷണം - പദ്ധതി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു

അമ്മതന്‍ ഭക്ഷണം പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കുള്ള ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണ വിതരണം ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട വാര്‍ഡ്‌ മെമ്പര്‍ ശ്രീമതി. ഗീത മുരളി നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു. വിഭവ സമൃദ്ധമായ ഊണ് ഏതാണ്ട്  എല്ലാ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളും കൂടാതെ അധ്യാപകരും പങ്കുവെച്ചു.

Second Year Higher Secondary Examination, March 2012
Last dates for submission of applications extended to 6th Dec 2011 without fine. New dates are given below.

Our New Website Launched

Our school's new website(http://ghsskadamakudy.blogspot.com) launched in the ceremony held at school ground at 11 am, 16 nov 2011 by PTA President Sri. Babu Kadamakudy. Also, the study materials - Video CDs from IT@school - are published by Smt. Leelamony, HM, GVHSS Kadamakudy. Sri. Jacob Biju T.A, Principal, Sri. Felix Kalathiparambil, PTA Vice President and Sri. Rince Raphael are given the message and guidance to the students in this small function.

Higher Secondary Examination 2012

Higher Secondary Examination 2012 - Notification Published. Examination will starts on March 12, 2012 Scheme I School Going candidates need not submit application to the principal. They should pay the fee : 125/- (Exam Fee) + 20/-(Certificate Fee)= 145/-. Open School (Regular & Private) Students shall submit application to the principal of the same center alloted to them. They should pay the fee : 125/- + 20/- = 145/-. Scheme II Compartmental Students shall submit application to the principal of the parent school. Only the students who are appeared in First Year Examination held in September 2011 are eligible in this category. They should pay the fee : 30/- (Subject without Practical) per each subject + 20/-. Open School & Compartmental candidates should submit self attested copies of score sheet(s) of First / Second Year Examination for the second year exam. Important Dates 1. Best wishes to students participating in Sub District Youth Festival and District Sports Meet 2011. Sub District Youth Festival is scheduled at GHSS Edappally on Nov 9, 10, 11. The teams of our school participating in Oppana, Dafmuttu, Group Dance, Sanga Ganam are on final finishing. District Athletics Sports Meet will be held at Maharajas College Ground on Nov 11 and 12. The students of our school participating in 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m races, 4X100m Relay, Long jump, High jump, Shot put, Javelin Throw etc.

Merit cum Means - BPL - scholarship 2011-12

Applications are invited from students studying in Plus One Higher Secondary Course.

Students belonging to BPL family are eligible for the scholarship.

In General category students with good academic mark in SSLC examination submit application to the principal with attested copy of SSLC book, income certificate etc.

For SC/ST category all SC/ST students should submit application to principal.

For PLUS TWO students candidates who got the scholarship in the previous year are eligible for the scholarship along with they should have 30% minimum marks for the plus one examination and having 70% of attendance. Such candidates should submit renewal application to principal.
